Why is it that Chris is leaving?
Wow didn't see that coming. Good luck Chris :)
Yes best of luck for what ever it is you move onto!!!!!!
Ken, only due to your mention of Vilnius (my hometown) I found out you came from Bite GSM! Now I am even more confident in Wind, since its CEO knows what highly saturated mobile market looks like. ;)
I am not Wind customer yet, but I am closely watching your offers. There's no value switching to Wind with my minimal plan I use now, I would even have to buy slightly worse phone than my 4 year old SE K750i that came with me from Lithuania. As for smartphones, I am hoping you'll have Android ones, but only those worth the money :)
Oh, and good luck to Chris!
Chris was the only person who honestly answered questions. Who will get port blocking fixed now?
Oh oh. 2 suggestions to add customers - Unlimited BBM & Email in home zone for $10/month. Competitors offer it at $15/month. Throw in a $15/month data plan that has unlimited BBM & Email, plus social apps (Facebook, mySpace, Twitter). Your current data plan only has value to heavy data users. Should be easy to implement because you don't need to calculate data useage.

Hi @dorbit,
Thanks for the great suggestions. I'll be sure to pass them along to our WIND Team!

Thanks Maggie, but I suspect your team has run numbers on many different scenarios. The key is to find the sweet spot that brings in a tide of customers (difficult to model psychology). People who buy the data will also op for a voice plan. Your voice plans (while there may only be limited offerings) are competitive. People want value in voice + data. Cliché, but if you build it, they will come. Customers will be more tolerant of instability if they feel they are getting a bargain.
