Wow… hard to believe it’s been just over a month since we launched. I’m really happy about a lot of what we launched, and also about how much we’ve accomplished since December 16. As we’ve been saying since well before our launch though, we’re not pretending that we got everything right day one, and so all of your feedback is appreciated, and is keeping us moving as we continue to grow and improve.

With your help, we continue to identify key neighbourhoods. Coverage is getting better every day and we’re continuing investing and building, adding more than 60 sites in our GTA and Calgary Home Zones in the next 8 to 10 weeks alone.

If you’re experiencing a repeated coverage issue in a specific neighbourhood, give us a shout at the care centre at 1-877-80-WIND-1 or send us a note here: windmobile.ca/care. While we won’t be able to reply individually to every comment or email, every piece of feedback is taken into account as part of our network monitoring, which guides our investment and build. Building a network from a customer perspective… that’s pretty cool!
How much further north of Brampton are you guys moving?
What about Ottawa???? Is your network even here yet or do we have to wait. I know you are starting to hire.....so what kind of date can i look forward to..??

I bought the phone and happen to be in the ONE HUGE POCKET you have in the SW of Calgary. Now I hear nothing about Braeside. Is this still a go?
If not, I want my money back because I'm not waiting two months for you to setup a tower. This is getting ridiculous when Chestermere is getting coverage before the SW of Calgary. I can see Saddle Ridge... but they're a BRAND NEW community and you're building there before us? Come on.

Cool thanks for the update but how about some of the ports still being blocked what is Wind's position on that? As for myself it doesn't make a difference to me but there are a few people who want these ports unblocked because of their personal usage.
Wiseguy: "Basically with our money." Um...yes? Who's money would you expect them to spend to continue building out? They've already put a billion dollars of investors funds into it. Or, perhaps, they should take our money, 'cause its special, and just bank it?
Is there any reason why would *wouldn't* expect them to reinvest generated revenue back into the system?
