You need to have 1 or 2 lower data plans. Maybe limited to 1 GB or 2GB and it stops once you hit the limit and you can add on another chunk directly from your phone if you need it. By the way from the reviews I have read, customer service at the stores is top notch... well done ! thats exactly the way it should be.
this would certainly make me switch over to wind, as of right now i'm paying 40 a month with Rogers, however I have no data. If Wind were to offer something similiar in terms of minutes and text, I'm not a heavy user some mid-to-lower plan would do, plus like a Gig or 2 of data for $50/month I would be over there in a second.
That's one thing that I hate with Rogers Data plans, it's all or nothing, you're either paying $35/month for data alone and getting a ridiculous amount of Data that the average users won't need, or you don't have nothing. There needs to be some kind a ladder approach.

I think the key is to be able to *choose* between tiers if people so desired.
People don't WANT to pay $35 for data that they only use 10-25% of anyway. They pay $0.00 and piggy-back off their wi-fi only.
Given a choice, I would most certainly pay $10 as an add-on for 1GB of data I can use anywhere (in the Home Zone). I'd switch to WIND right away!
