    That's not Winds price. Thats the price of data use when you are in an away zone, in other words, thats what Rogers is charging Wind to carry your data when you can't hit a Wind cell tower.

    I'll accept that rate for roaming on Rogers, but it's too much for home areas. It would be ok if there was a cheap data plan and this was just for emergencies, but as the only alternative to $35/month, it's not reasonable.
