Huh?
BES is for your *employer* to implement on *their* server.
This is linked to via RIM.
Your phone contacts the BES server via its communication with RIM.
This doesn't have anything to do with wind.
Droidhacker does have a point, but the carrier does also have to allow access to BES servers on their network, since they're facilitating the connection.

Great question, Massonite! Your WIND phone will work with your existing BES, and we are in the process of establishing and introducing a BES of our own!

Droidhacker, I know what a BES is. Chris told me that BES wasn't supported yet when I got my phone. BES has to be enabled on your account with the proper SOC code which apparently now is available. Now that it seems to be supported I can hook my phone up to my BES :)
I don't get the option for Enterprise Activation. It's missing. When it does show up, it disappears when I register now. Hopefully it's fully implemented soon.
Yes, same happened to me. When I turned on the BB b4 activation the phone on the Wind network I saw there was an option for BES. But since it's been activated the BES options is gone.
Hey to all those following this thread. See the email I got from WIND yesterday. It looks like BES is not supported yet, its definitely in their better interest to get it up & running ASAP.

Hi Jon,
I'm so sorry about all the different responses. This is our "final answer"....At this time, you cannot attach a Wind Blackberry on a corporate BES ? this is something our Marketing/Technical team is working on. We hope to have this available within a few weeks.
Hope this helps.
