Anyways, absolute silence in this regards on the WIND side make me think that WIND waits for a lawsuit for false advertising or similar.

That was very well said! I really hope that Wind officially responds to this, because the lack of response is severely undermining Wind's desired image of openness.
I won't last that long. I've already canceled my data plan in protest.

And it's somewhat deliberately long as a subtle way of furthering my protest. Plus, I want to ensure that no one "walks" away thinking "what the heck is port blocking? I don't get it...forget this."
