    And for that matter, i would love for people to stop asking this question especially as this isnt the reason WIND is around.

    Well it is a valid question, people just need to get used to the idea that if you buy the phone outright, you have more power and Wind is more inclined to continue offering great plans, because they will unlock your phone for you for free, and you are free to take it with you. Thats powerful, that if at anytime you want to leave, you can without paying a penalty

    WIND is implementing a tab system soon -- you'll still pay the full price, but over a predetermined time period. No contracts, still, woohoo!

    6th paragraph, last sentence. Wind will unlock your Wind phone after 3 months of service, for the reasons highlighted in the post.
