I think WIND needs to bring in new phones (like the Nokia n900) that can really surpass what is out there. More importantly though, I think WIND needs to create voice, text and data plans that are simple and worry free. I don't like the current trend of "bundling" features together. Although this gives the impression of paying less for features that would normal cost more if bought individually, most of the time, there is at least 1 or 2 features that the client doesn't need or use. If you could just offer all the features at a low and constant price, I think most people would feel more comfortable purchasing all the features they like while leaving out the ones they don't. I also would really like to have an "everything" plan. A plan that would have unlimited voice, text, data and anything else that comes to mind. I think many would appreciate a worry-free plan like that. Thanks R
