Mind you, the CSR had to go to the "help desk" several times because each time she tried to put forth Bell's position, I simply wouldn't hear the nonsense... but I was still extremely polite to her because after all, she's just following what ever they are telling her to say.

I've heard that Bell is a little easier to deal with sometimes, and/or I just happened to get a real (d)ouche on the phone. Glad that worked out a little easier for you than it did for me.
@droidhacker-she had to go back and forth to the "help desk" several times. I simply just wasn't going to swallow what they were trying to tell me... mind you I was very polite to the CSR because it isn't her, it's what she is told to say.
