    Videotron bought all the spectrum in Quebec. Wind couldn't as Videotron payed A LOT of money for the spectrum to not let other providers get any.

    Ron? Is this true?
    So, what you're saying is Quebec isn't getting Wind Mobile?

    @tkatz
    It seems so Videotron spent $555 million on spectrum and most of it was in Quebec. Wind customers will probably Roam in Quebec and Videotron customer will probably roam outside Quebec. You will see a decrease in prices once they launch though.

    This is pretty weird, considering Videotron isn't big as a wireless provider. They do cable, and internet very well though.

    I hope a deal can be made to allow Wind into Quebec.

    WIND has a license for western Quebec (Outaouais).
