For those wondering, "Away Zone" coverage stopped when I was crossing the bridge to the US, I was a passenger and fell a sleep so I'm not entirely sure where the "Home Zone" cut out.
While I was down there, I was able to pick up both the 2G and 3G networks for T-Mobile, as well as the 2G network for AT&T. I confirmed that I was able to connect to all 3 networks, just to be on the safe side in case I was required to call 911.

Yes, and this is what I have raised with Wind. Lack of communication between tech support and customer service.

I was assured that it will improved.

    What happened Wind?
