    It is when you use your phone as a modem, allowing your laptop to connect to the web though your phone.

    i have an am called tether it used to be called tetherberry works great and im looking forward to using it on wind.

    Tethering is Tethering is the use of a mobile device such as a mobile phone to supply Internet access for another device which is otherwise unconnected, using the mobile device as a modem.
