    I watched it, and yes WIND ROCKS! Compared to the others, people want perfection, your not going to get it, but at least Wind isn't flat out robbing you of your hard earned money.

    Did you notice that all 3 carriers only backed off on those outrageous cellphone bills when someone was waving a camera in their faces? I could really relate to the poor guy navigating patiently through Telus' voice mail menu only to have the call dropped before he got to speak to a real person. Happens all the time.

    Seems to me we need a powerful ombudsman to intervene on the consumer's behalf to stop these predatory practices.

    Totally! And the host said it! You know, not everyone has the ability to bring a TV show on board to help, does this upset you at all? And the Bell girl was like, well we do our best, obviously not! My brother just signed a three year contract with Bell. I think I cried when he told me this..... GRR!
