Hello Gail. It's not "My Account", it's my profile on the website. For example, my picture, what phone I'm using, the sliders for what my usage is for voice, text and data, etc. That is what I am trying to edit and am having the issues with.

Hey Massonite-- sorry to create more confusion! When I saw Gail's comment I realized she was thinking you meant your customer account, not your community account, and took it down to try to *prevent* confusion.

5gs, I'm using IE7 @ work. It did the same thing at home with the latest version of Firefox.
