How much will the the duty or tax as it says international shipment. I guess it is not shipped from Canada?

The only other fee may be brokerage. Probably around $25. This depends on the courier though -- they probably let you select the courier before the sales confirmation.

No, there are TWO VERSIONS being offered there... one is labeled "att/robbers", the other is labeled "tmobile". Guess which one you need to choose....
