Guess I am stuck supporting Bell (the devil) instead of Yak/Wind. Sigh...

They will not budge, I told the agent I was upset and that they were missing out on large client base that don't have credit cards. I guess they don't care.... I hate Bell UH! I just want to save, do you guys know of any other ISP's?

    Hi ErikBerryBold,

It’s great to hear that you’re considering the WIND and Yak bundle package offer. Keep in mind payment options have already been set, if advised by Yak than credit card would be the only option. Here’s a list of payment options that are offered for WIND services.

    1. Credit Card for online and over the phone purchases.

    Or

    2. Cash, Debit and Credit Card for In-Store Purchase.

    Hope this helps!

Erik, you are the first person I know who does not have a credit card. While I realize there are benefits to not having one (avoiding high interest debt), it must make lots of things more awkward not just paying for phone services. How do you handle a car rental these days without a credit card? Most companies simply assume everyone has a credit card and act accordingly.

Well. That is ridiculous, it is simply not a realistic way to conduct business. Just because everyone has one, does not make it right for me... I have a prepaid one, for ebay and things like that. But I am 20 years old, I make 30k a year, and I do not want a credit card at this time... So Bell it is. At least they will indulge me and let me pay how I want.

What are you saying Canadianman I am not trying to take advantage of anyone, my Bell bill is outrageous, but I bay it in full every month, and racist about what, I am a born and raised Canadian, I am also white if that eased your concerns...
