    I have also spoken to someone on the phone who claimed to be from the IT level support while fixing an unrelated issue. He claims that the dropping connection is a known issue occurring in the Scarborough and Ajax areas, and that they are working on rectifying this issue. However, my work and social life in general has me driving regularly all over the map, and I find the dropping connections occur regardless of where I am located.

    The bigguest problem for me is, I've been a subscriber since January 22, and I still get the dropped connection! In all fairness, it does appear to be getting a *tad* better lately. I just hope this gets resolved soon.

    I used it in Mississauga and Brampton yesterday and that is where I had witnessed the dropped connections. Not a fan of the Huawei but for someone who wants a very basic phone for just calling than this works.
