Thankyou for the additional information, I am really looking forward to the new stores. I think its great that you don't have to talk to somebody "hiding behind a counter". I really like all the options of purchasing and activating your phones.
My question now is for activating a locked phone. Will your stores assist with the configuration and can you also have the settings posted online so I can configure it myself.

Looking forward to finally getting away from this Petro-Canada piece of crap I have been using for the last 3 years.
First cell for my daughter and a new one for myself.
I have a feeling that one of their data devices is the new nokia n900 cuz: 1) the luanch date coincide with the luanch of that device. 2) perfect WCDMA/3G/HSDPA freaquency 900/1700/2100. 3) the n900 is very powerful modem 10Mbps (vs 7.2 for iphone 3GS, and android smartphones) which can be utilized by wind network. the down side is it will be expensive.
Can't wait until you guys launch! My BlackBerry Bold just died and I'm now using a really old phone. I'll wait for you guys though. I really hope you carry the BlackBerry 9700 or Nokia N900! Can't wait for your launch!
I like the retail experience concept. It's very Apple Store-ish and I like that.

one of my friends told me about this company and by reading up on it and and watching this video it really looks like it will be able to change mobile phones in Canada. I applied to a job near me and I hope I get it!
