Does WIND put you on hold for a long time due to high traffic? Well try the live chat! I was having trouble topping up my account (couldn't do it online) and I was on hold for quite a long while. So I tried the live chat..and I got connected to a representative in seconds who fixed all my problems! :D
:) nice. I am so glad to see they fixed your problems. There is no hard trying different ways to get to Wind...and a smart person like you found they fastest way!!!
I have to agree with you. I have always used the Live Chat option and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. When I see people on this Forum complaining about the long wait times using the phone option, I often wonder why they don't explore other options, such as the Live Chat. If the person you are connected to needs to speak to you directly to obtain confidential information that can't be shared over the network, they will call you immediately. The service is excellent. I highly recommend it. I understand why someone who doesn't have immediate access to a computer would use the phone option but if it can be avoided, the Live Chat option is the way to go.
So, is Live Chat back Now???? If it is, it was gone for about 1 month.
