Wind: I'd like to add a data add-on, but I'm weary of calling your customer support line after hearing of multi-hour holds. Could you add a section to My Account to Manage Add-ons? If the concern is security, then why not require that the user reply to an automated text to verify that they really do want to add/remove/change an add-on. Unless I'm mistaken and there is a way to manage add-ons without having to wait for a CSR.

Wait a week. When the bill paying madness subsides, the waits vanish and service is prompt.
You may want to wait a bit longer. Today they are launching Vancouver. Things could get rather hectic on the phones for the next little while.
