Based on the article it seems MTS is not interested in working with Globalive...
The impression that I got was basically "We're not in the wireless business, we're in the Manitoba business, not much interest outside the province".
He seems to disagree with the current situation, however he doesn't give and clues to which way he leans on the argument.
From what I've heard the agreement MTS signed with Rogers comes with hefty penalties should the break the agreement.
Which makes sense as they're dealing with Rogers.
So not only does Rogers "lock-in" customers, they also do it to business as well...nice.
