No all incoming calls need to be unlimited like everywhere outside North America. $10 unlimited texting? Thats crazy. I pay now $10 for 2500 and really are you going to send more? Texting should be free on all plans as its costs are extremely small for the provider. And give me a break, Wind can't charge for long distance.

Also forget about using an old gsm phone. This is a new network. They only built a 3G network and a 3G network which is different from Roger's. There 3G network is the same as T-Mobile's 3G network so you will need a new phone to be able to be a Wind subscriber.

The rumoured plan is for Globalive (Wind Mobile's Canadian parent company) to launch a second brand which would include pre-paid service. Look for it under their Yak branding that you may already be familiar with for their long distance plans.
