I think customer should have the freedom to be able to add or remove options and changes monthly packages on their own free will and time without calling customer service all the time, so this way no more long phone calls to the call centre waiting on the phone to speak to someone just to add or remove a option. Since I work for Fido as a retail rep. and a lot of time customers complain about how long they have to wait on the phone to be able to speak with someone. It really makes the company look bad.

Thanks for posting from an insider's perspective. You find people come into the store and talk about their call centre experience? That doesn't sound like fun.
