- Drop the 3-year contracts, ...

- Drop the 3-year contracts, that's a big chunk of someone's life. - Make caller ID a standard feature, it costs nothing for you to implement.

    Yes!!! I agree that certain features such as CW/CD/VM should be included with your plan as opposed to add ons
