I'm not sure if you realize this, but despite that line that says that they "reserve the right", it is actually QUITE ILLEGAL to charge you for anything that you didn't agree to. In other words, if they change the price this month, then you HAVE THE RIGHT to a refund *for this month*. If you leave if for next month though, then paying the bill THIS month will be taken as an acceptance of the change.

I've been using robber's dog with no contract for 7 years, and they only tried to change the price a couple of times. Both times, after TWO phone calls they reverse the charge and put it back to the way it was.

Funny. You ever notice that for every adjustment, you need to phone them TWICE? The first time, they *NEVER* apply the changes you demand. They only do that the second time... and it is consistent. EVERY time you need to fight a bill, it takes TWO calls. They also screw up the bill at least half the time. Some times MULTIPLE screwups on the SAME BILL.

Damn I'm looking forward to telling them to KMA,

Fido screwed me over royally!! i was with them before they were bought out by rogers...
was not on contract and after a year or something they changed the prices and suddenly my bill went from being 15 a month to being 80 a month - and i was using the phone LESS...they refused to send me any info on the calls i had supposedly made...they said i had to sign a contract or they wouldnt tell me anything - so i left and went to virgin. and i will never ever deal again with rogers or fido.
