please don't have stuff hidden in fine print. train all your staff to be knowlegdeable about your plans so we know what we are getting into. so when we recieve are bill we are not choking because there are somany hidden fees. we were never told of.
and i know somebody is going to say read the contract, but i have got a cell they just point and say oh this is this stuff and this stuff sign here.
