    With more players in the telecom field, customer service is going to be the best differentiator.

    So if you do it right people will definitely stay because they *want to*, not because they *have to*.

    Contracts can provide good benefits though - like rich handset discounts. If the company gets it right, I won't have an issue signing on the dotted line if there are benefits in it for me!

    Which basically means doing the EXACT OPPOSITE of that the others are doing. Hope we hear from tony soon. It's been a while.
