With more players in the telecom field, customer service is going to be the best differentiator.
So if you do it right people will definitely stay because they *want to*, not because they *have to*.
Contracts can provide good benefits though - like rich handset discounts. If the company gets it right, I won't have an issue signing on the dotted line if there are benefits in it for me!
