BETTER TOGETHER TERMS + CONDITIONS:
Better Together Savings are subject to WIND’s Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the Better Together Savings Terms and Conditions below, the latter shall prevail.
JOINING BETTER TOGETHER SAVINGS
- You may qualify for Better Together Savings when your account has two or more Qualifying Lines.
- A Qualifying Line is a line that has been active and in good standing on a qualifying plan for the 30 day period immediately prior to the Savings Application Date.
- The service credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. It can be used for any WIND services, including monthly plan fees and pay-per-use fees – it cannot be used for devices, accessories or SIM cards.
MONTHLY BETTER TOGETHER SAVINGS
- Better Together Savings are determined based on the number of Qualifying Lines on an account on the Savings Application Date
- Only the WIND account holder is entitled to the Better Together Savings.
- WIND will calculate Better Together Savings as follows:
2 Qualifying Lines = $2.50/month of Better Together Savings per line
3 or more Qualifying Lines = $5.00/month of Better Together Savings per line, to a maximum of $25.00 per consumer account or $50.00 per business account.
- Better Together Savings will be applied on the Savings Application date:
a. Directly to Pay After invoices for those Qualifying Lines that are paid on a Pay After basis.
b. As a balance adjustment to Pay Before accounts for those Qualifying Lines that are paid on a Pay Before Basis.
LEAVING BETTER TOGETHER SAVINGS
- WIND maintains the right to change or terminate Better Together Savings without notice. If WIND terminates Better Together Savings, we will honor the savings you earn in the final savings period and apply the savings on the Savings Application Date immediately after the termination.
- You may opt out of Better Together Savings by contacting WIND. Your opt out may take up to 30 days to take effect.
- Better Together Savings are not pro-rated when you leave WIND, or opt out of the Better Together Savings program, or if WIND, in accordance with our Terms of Service, terminates your service.
