We welcome ideas and suggestions about how WIND can make wireless services better for Canadians. Discussions that are outside that scope may be deleted at any time. We’re excited that you’re here, and encourage you to read, question, comment, and contribute. In order for everyone to enjoy the conversation, we’ve established some basic guidelines.
If you do not respect these guidelines and the website terms, we reserve the right to edit or remove your post(s). We may also suspend your community membership for a cooling-off period -- or indefinitely.

Keep it G-rated – Any content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, hateful or distasteful in nature is prohibited and will be removed. Please use appropriate language (no swears!) as we have a wide age range. Character substitutions, spacing, spelling variations or any form of modified spelling in order to get the word to pass through the filter is absolutely prohibited.
Any content, including pictures or links to pictures, that are not considered G-rated will not be permitted. What is considered overly sexual or potentially offensive will be determined at our discretion.
Take note that we have zero tolerance for racial, ethnic, religious, and any other discriminatory slurs.
Stay on topic – As we mentioned above, we welcome ideas and suggestions about how WIND can make wireless services better for Canadians. Discussions that are outside that scope may be deleted at any time. This includes posts that are considered to be primarily customer service-oriented. If you have a comment or question that’s related to a customer service issue, send us an email or give us a call at 1-877-809-4631 (1-877-80-WIND-1).
Any form of unauthorized advertising or soliciting members or commercial website linking is strictly prohibited. This also includes, but is not limited to advertising with the intent to 'help people', or to provide 'free' products or services.
Respect each other – Revealing personal information such as full names, mailing address or other information that is invasive of another's privacy without their express consent is prohibited.
Continued threats against a member, moderator or administrator will NOT be tolerated. If you’re debating with another member, respond to the subject, not the person: It’s ok to disagree, it’s not ok to be rude.
Once is enough – Please post your idea or comment only once. Multiple or duplicate postings or attempts to flood the community with posts will be removed.
Only one username or account is allowed per community member. If you have forgotten your log in information, use the password reminder link on the sign in page. Do not create a new account, please.
No Flaming/Trolling – Again, spirited discussion is encouraged, but flaming and trolling is not allowed. “Flames” are hostile or disruptive posts, or messages intended to incite an angry response. And “trolling” is posting an intentionally contrary opinion to incite argumentative response.
In the midst of a passionate discussion you may sometimes be inclined to say something that on reflection you will regret. If your comments don’t further a productive dialogue with others who may not share your opinions, then you should reconsider posting.
Everyone participating in this community wants to have a positive experience. Please follow these guidelines to ensure that you do not detract from any other member’s experience.
