Brice Scheschuk is a Co-founder, Director, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources of Globalive Communications / WIND Mobile. He has been with Globalive / WIND for nine years in a senior finance capacity and is responsible for all aspects of finance, facilities, business planning and human resources including direct responsibility for raising in excess of $1.4 billion in capital. Globalive / WIND is a leading Canadian telecommunications service provider with a national fixed and wireless footprint and 1,500 employees. Brice is the CFO of Globalive Capital and AAL Corp as well as Co-President of Brave Investment, investment holding companies focused on private and public company and fund investing and manages approximately $100 million in assets across a number of investment classes including alternative funds, private and public equity, venture capital, angel, real estate, CPC’s, SPAC’s and RTO’s. He is the Chairman and Director of Samba Days, a gift experiences company, and a past director of a number of public and private companies including Web Host Industry Review, iLookabout, Hy-Drive Technologies and Varicent Software. Brice is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and earned his designation at Coopers & Lybrand in 1997. A passionate entrepreneur and investor, Brice has been involved in some of the most exciting start-ups in Canada over the past 18 years.
Simon Lockie

Simon has been with the Globalive group of companies since 2006, primarily as Chief Legal Officer. Simon played a key role in growing Globalive to a leading Canadian telecommuncations company, including forming and launching WIND Mobile. As CRO, Simon is responsible for the overall direction of Globalive’s regulatory strategies, government affairs, antitrust matters and Carrier Relations. Prior to joining Globalive, Simon was a partner at one of Canada’s leading transactional law firms. Simon graduated from the University of Toronto with his B.A. (Hon.) and obtained his LL.B. from McGill University. Simon is Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s International Corporate Counsel Committee, and for three consecutive years has been recognized by the CGCA as one of Canada’s top five young in-house counsel.
