What is WINDtab?
WINDtab lets you reduce the amount you pay on a phone by putting a portion of it on a tab which we pay off as you pay your monthly bills.
Pay off your WINDtab by paying your monthly bill over a 24 month period. It's simple - every time you pay your monthly bill, we calculate 10% of your monthly payment (not including taxes and late payment charges), and deduct that amount from your WINDtab.
If you need to leave WIND before you've paid off your WINDtab it’s no problem as you’re not locked in. Just pay whatever balance owed on your WINDtab when you leave.
Plus with WINDtab we offer Pay-Off Promise: Our commitment to clear any remaining balance on your device after two years with us.
Any eligible Pay After customer can use WINDtab towards the purchase of a new handset. Eligibility is determined by a credit check, so make sure to bring a valid credit card and government photo ID when you visit WIND store to get a new phone on WINDtab. Depending on your eligibility, you may qualify for more than one WINDtab - but you can't have more than one WINDtab per line.
Can I transfer my WINDtab to another line?
We’re sorry, but you cannot transfer your WINDtab. You can transfer the ownership, but you will need to pay the remaining WINDtab balance first.
How do I check my WINDtab balance?
You'll see your current WINDtab balance on your monthly bill. You can also check your WINDtab balance at any time by logging in to My Account with your phone number and PIN
