Right on...you go Sniper4u *snaps fingers* LOL. You are sooo right about risking our money. You end up buying cr@p on the internet that just "disappears" while being couriered to you. Stupid Ebay! But I realize WIND has to invest a lot of money to order large enough sums of these phones. But in case they are listening, the Motorola BACKFLIP (with MOTOBLUR) and the Nokia N900 cost less than the BlackBerry 9770 at certain sites, and are mostly comparable in cost. And the NEXUS ONE is just a bit more expensive. At retail prices that's not bad...and would enlarge ...

I think you have a VERY good idea there phoneaddict. I desperately want WIND's data plan. I understand the beauty of the infinite mobile plan...and in all honesty...it is FAR, FAR superior to Rogers and Telus and Bell (and all their misleading offshots). But I can't afford the $35 a month AND the $55 infinite mobile plan as well. $90 is pretty steep. I won't be using data for all that long...but I wanna be able to use it every so often, and know that I don't have to pay out of the ear for it. 10cents per 25k/b is ...

I think a lot of people are taking about wanting a data plan that isn't part of the unlimited plan thing. That would honestly be great. I'm never going to use more than 1GB, and I am still willing to pay 10cents per 25k/b when I do. This would so help relieve so many individuals issues.

Canada has the third highest cellphone charges in the world, because they really only have two companies. Bell and Rogers. Telus borrows from Bell's network towers and signal frequencies. They have identical plans and phones offerings. These two companies behave like oligarchies. They both know it's not smart to start competing with each other in terms of pricing...so they don't want to enter into a price war, which would make them both lose out in the long-term. So they keep their prices roughly in the same area.

1gb for $5 would be amazing. I'd pay $10 for 1GB. That is still worth it.

I don't know what phone you're using Drias, but WIND does not lock it's phones from installing ringtones. I know Rogers does...it did that for me. So I could only BUY Ringtones from THEM! But if you go to http://makeownringtone.com/ and just upload your favourites MP3 song...and then you can save it as a ringtone file and upload it to your phone using the PCSuite Software.

Actually no....this IS NOT a forum in the common usage sense. a forum is a place where people discuss issues in specified topics and meet friends etc...This is a website created by our cellphone carrier where we can either provide "ideas and suggestions", talk about "the network status" or "phones and plans".
