i absolutely agree with you!!! that is how it is in many other countries,specially europe. it is highly unlikely that wind mobile will offer services like that here in canada though.

i agree100%. i lived in europe for many years and know their rates very well. i am hoping wind mobile put an end to this unfair practice by the big three. beni

hi tony, could you please let us know what transpired in the two days hearings you had with the crtc? i am extremely concerned about the big three(rogers,telus and bell) not showing any signs of panic in their out-lets or in their headquarters about windmobile's eminent arrival into the mobile market. does this mean they can force your company to stay in line with their trade practices? please elaborate extensively on that. thanks

ownership is not relevant. what is relevant is who has more votes in the boardroom,i.e tony! crtc should get out of the business of decidng ownership structures!!! tony do something! they are trying to kill your company before you even start.

i agree 100% with ya. if you look at my postings,this is what i have been saying all along. what made the management think they will get an approval from the crtc? look at the amount of money they have invested,almost to the tune of a billion dollars. unless they have a promise from the industry minister to over turn the crtc decision,windmobile is doomed;hope that is not the case.

my dear tammy, there is no hope for globalive/windmobile in whatever way you read this article. i feel like the government dealt in bad faith to begin with. if that weren't the case,the government had enough time to change the foreign ownership rule since the spectrum auction. they(government) used globalive to drive the auction bid sky high and collect their money to be used for,probably,re-election bid or.... i am about to give up to seeing any hope that the government will change the law. good luck

hi chris, i am very disappointed with voice options that you have!!! why could be the reason behind it? it looks like it is been designed to deter potential customers away from wind.i came to your store to get voice plan for myself and voice@text plan for my kids. but i ended-up getting a plan for my kid. i do not spend much time on the phone and was hoping to get some kind of a deal,but that was not meant to be. i have a fido plan for $20(with free evenings and weekends from 7 without contract) right now ...

it looks like the only thing going for them is the $35 plan,which in reality is an absolute useless. the should have more voice and data plans!!!
