Although price is a relevant issue in the overall customer experience, it will not determine the success or not of the VALUE proposition. All things considered, there is no reference to determine the value of customer service in the equation. Though there have been attempts to measure customer service satisfaction and it's importance, the wireless marketplace doesn't know better... Hi Tony, I greatly appreciate that you are generating these kinds of topics for discussion. It's sending a strong message on your commitment to make WIND MOBILE about it customers. The use of hand held devices while driving should be banned across Canada for safety purposes.
