Aladin, Call their head office at 1 877 459 5377 and press 0 to speak to the receptionist and inform her of the issue rather than calling Customer Service. BTW: The receptionist will try to transfer you to CS.

They still do not answer the questions and why Wind installed one tower in Markham and other towns,and we only get half coverage in our road. Thanks again I agree with you David Kam, 25 cents is a great price. sammynorth: yes there are too many areas uncovered,and they claim coverage will be provided this year, but WHEN.

I would like to see a plan for local, long distance, free incoming calls and data all included as well as caller ID and voice messaging at an affordable cost. No hidden extras please, otherwise Wind Mobile will join the the current three carriers.

Popy: I agree, we need to follow the rest of European and US mobile provider, not to gouge the customers. Canadian are bullied by the three players. I hope that Globe-live will be better than the three.

Globalive Communications owns Wind Mobile and YAK and obviously their customer service similar to YAK's standards. Very disappointing.

Hwy EnyCe, I would wait for few months before considering this provider, otherwise you will be paying roaming charges. We live in Unionville and the front of our house is covered :) I am reconsidering leaving Telus now, because Windmobile lack of coverage and bad customer service that many customers are complaining about like YAC.

Go back to your previous provider until WindMobile get their act together.

Thank you for the information. When you start a business you would look into all the possibilities and especially in communication field. They are allowed to utilise the current towers owned by the big three. I do not agree that potential client have to wait because the company was unable to foresee this issue. They have a roaming agreement with Rogers for their so-called Away Zone.
