With all other phone companies calling Gatineau, QC from Ottawa, ON is considered a local call. Will this still apply with your concept of province-wide "local" calling? It would suck to gain a whole province worth of local calling area, only to lose a whole city at the same time.

I'm still amazed that long distance calls (within NA) cost the same amount per minute as "additional" airtime with most carriers (except for the case where your long distance call is also costing you minutes, then it's double).

Wind Hellas (Wind's Greek subisidiary) offers an Aytomatic plan which lets you choose from 3 available plans and at the end of each month your bill is calculated for each plan you've chosen and you are charged whichever is cheapest.
