I agree as I wonder if rural BC will have coverage.

Don't you just hate it when a customer service representative just refers you to their website rather than the specific location on their website where the information is located. For example, they will say go to windmobile.ca rather than windmobile.ca/careers/vancouver. Like many others, I hate the voice activated system. Usually, I need to speak to a real person as I have done my research already and the only option available is a real person. If there is a long queue, there should be a provision for a callback service.

I have a phantom billing problem involving Telus and Canopco. Canopco is one of the many businesses of Globalive (the owners of Wind Mobile). When I called Telus i got the voice activated system and basically got nowhere. When I called Canopco, I got a message telling where I was in the queue. After a short wait, I was speaking to a customer service representative. This person spoke and understood English, explained the error, apologized for the error and arranged for reimbursement.
