Hi Tony, It definitely is all about data. The only reason I don't have a data plan at the moment is because of the cap in usage and the extremely high prices. I could only imagine the freedom of using my phone anywhere, anytime to get what I want. The only way anyone could be 100% comfortable doing this is with an unlimited data plan. I strongly urge you guys to offer something like this, I think it will make many many Canadians very happy! Thanks R

Hi Chris, This news about currently unlocked phones being incompatible with your service is very disconcerting. I really hope you guys find a way to work that into your service, or at least offer us a more detailed and technical explanation for those of us who do understand the lingo, this way we can understand and inform. Tony, I love the idea of a calculator. Of course for it to be a useful tool, it would have to be able to include all the features offered by all the different carriers. I think BillMonitor is excellent, and simplifies the search for the best plan. It might not give definite answers, but at the very least it can point customers in the right direction. Of course I hope WIND will make things much simpler for us by making plans so much better then the competition that there won't be a need a comparison calculator. I think on all ...

Hi Tony, Agreed this is not a price war, and it shouldn't be. If it was, WIND would be at a huge disadvantage because of the size. But, I agree with Dan, I don't mind paying, as long as I know what I'm paying for and it is understandable. I like to get services that I paid for, and only pay for services that I want. Hi Graham, I agree with a few things that have been posted in other posts. I was going to say the same thing as lowellandkim, use the call back system. I don't care waiting, while doing something else, as long as I'm not waiting with a phone attached to my ear in anticipation of a response. I realize that this is more labor intensive for your employees, to call back each person who called in, but just think of the liberation you would have on your phone lines. Chris, Great initiatives. I think there are some key points there like recycling old phones (or the important non-renewable materials from them) that the reduction in paper waste. I just want to support the idea of digitizing everything. I've owned many cell phones, and I don't think I've ever read the entire operators manual. Big waste of paper if you ask me. Digital manuals would be awesome. On top of making those available online, I would suggest including a miniCD with the phone package with all the information, and make an easy search function to find the info. Another key ...

Hi Tony, Wind should launch because it brings competition to the Canadian wireless industry. If or nothing else, all Canadians will benefit. Also, despite the ownership structure, you guys are still creating Canadian jobs, for us, and strengthening our national economy. I think the challenge lies in the technicalities the CRTC disapproved. There are many many many of us looking forward to competition, and if you guys can find ways to overcome those technicalities, then it will be a new day for all of us. Thank you for the hard work R
