Show all of your plan information on your billing page. Fido shows your plan, but reserves the right to change the price if you don't have a contract. So i can't know how much I'm paying until i get billed.

Customer Service. I can not stress this enough. I've been with Fido for years; great rates, good phones, and three million hours being mislead, flat-out lied to, and generally all versions of jerked around. Being that none of the other companies have a strong enough signal to get reception ...

Wait time is to be expected. My problem is more when my carrier (Fido right now) calls me and then puts me on hold. There should be a person on the other end right away, especially if you're trying to sell me something. That being said, if I'm calling with a problem, resolve it the first time. Make managers available to your staff. Make sure your call centre people are ALL well-informed. Even offshore staff! I can hold for a while if I only have to call once. Respect your customers.

The CRTC is run by the companies that continue to block fair access to the internet and cellular lines. This is ridiculous. The big three are f**king us.

Great news, I've been holding off getting a new phone company waiting to see what Wind has to offer.
