Train your employees to look over customer accounts when they call in. I couldn't believe it abouta month ago when I called bell to put a hold on my phone and the agent suggested with my ussage to switch to another plan, its saved me hundreds of dollars. Sometimes it's just customer service thats works. BTW I can't wait to see what you guys got to offer
