I'll keep this simple and direct. 1. Install callback feature to avoid lengthy waits on the phone. Shaw does this in Alberta. 2. Well treated employees treat customers well. So, treat your employees well. 3. Some cellular companies purposely make customers wait to deter them from future calls to customer service or technical support. While customers are waiting they a recorded voice tells them to visit the website for more information. NEVER purposely make your customers wait. 4. This may be controversial, but I think you should consider GOLD service. Charge customers extra money for quicker service or more focused ...

Yes, the carriers need to realize that consumers are NOT stupid and they can buy a temporary phone while traveling to the United States and avoid these ridiculous roaming charges.

As I've stated before , this is going to BACKFIRE on the big 3.... it will make them look like enemy #1 in the eyes of Canadians... it's the same thing that happened when the health insurers sent out a report that if the US government adopt universal health care, they will have to drive up the costs .... that arrogance renewed momentum for the gov't backed health plan.. just watch the HATE for the big 3 after this fiasco....

The guys at Globalive need to get the message out; however, a lot of people do know what's going on... The Conservatives are in power and this could be a good way to gain even more momentum with public sentiment if they help Globalive gain entry; however, Globalive do need to make some changes...

Want to know what hurts the most? They have been hyping for months how competitive their plans will be, and they come up with this? Anyone that does a simple cash layout over 2 years will see it makes no sense to switch to Wind UNLESS they are talking on their phones 24/7, using lots of data, and staying within the network area... Totally disaspointed... I use Telus and I'll simply use Wind to negotiate better pricing...

it's all smoke n' mirrors with Wind!!! they teased us with their alleged commitment to be competive. There is NOTHING competitive with their pricing... only a fool would change from a big 3 with the current play... the biggest flaw in the whole pricing is that you have to pay extra $$$ when you're not in the Wind network...the Wind network is limited... so, who cares if you have unlimited voice/data because when you leave the limited Wind network, you're going to be paying regardless... this is an abosolutle INSULT to those have have supported Wind, like myself. I'm not part of the Big 3 and was eagerly waiting to change to Wind, but Wind is just flying in the breeze with their pathetic pricing model... They say they don't have contracts, but when you buy a phone that can ONLY work for the Wind network, it's pretty much a nice way to lock you in.
