Hey there-- we've recently revised our Community Guidelines to more clearly explain why the WINDMobile.ca community exists: "we welcome ideas and suggestions about how WIND can make wireless services better for Canadians. Discussions that are outside that scope may be deleted at any time. This includes posts that are considered to be primarily customer service-oriented. We appreciate the support of our potential customers in Ottawa, and are working to get Ottawa launched as quickly as we can. At this time, we can't guarantee what day that launch will happen. Hi there-- the poll is in no way connected to any plans to start charging for call display. Call display is included in all plans as part of our "call control" package, which also includes things like missed call alerts, call forwarding, call hold, and call conferencing. There are no plans to start charging for our call control features. Regards, The WIND Team
