exactly. you get what you pay for. You can tell the others don't pay their staff well as they clearly don't care about their jobs or their customers.

You're right. I don't believe there's one solution to the problem. The wireless industry has been bullied by the current carriers that all area's need focus in. There's going to be low end users that don't use the phone that often, there's going to be the techy high end users who will want the latest smart phone, and there's going to be the corporate side, who'll need a variety of phones from rugged handsets, to high secure smart phones. On top of this there's going to be a variety of plans and phones for every area of focus. At least ...

Yeah at a car rental place. It wasn't anything in particular just how easy the whole process was. Very quick and no pushy selling or really anything to worry about. It was just really friendly environment. Especially since it was when I got in a car accident it was nice to have something go right. I hope this is the case when people break or lose their phone that they don't go through another hassle and instead, get the reverse and has a memorable experience.

What about Vancouver?

Normal social networking apps: facebook msn messenger twitter skype some sort of internet radio apps some sort of stock of course the common mobile games like texas holdem I think options like caller ring trax get a good reaction but not a lot of people get it because it just adds to their bill. Would be nice to maybe just do a onetime charge instead of a ongoing bill. Otherwise I just put a picture that I took of my dog and maybe a mp3 as a ringtone if my phone allows it. Don't like to waste more money on ...

Give it time. They're still accepting resumes I'm sure. Have you been called yet for an interview? But I hear you on this one. The market is extremely aggressive even with employment but hopefully they give somebody with such enthusiasm a try at least because it's very rare to find. Good luck!

I was always envious of some of these companies that really treat their staff good. You hear about working at Google and their working environment then you go to your boring job and it's depressing. I think the people you work with make a huge difference but if your constantly annoyed by your employer there's not much you can do. I'd just like to see some good support. The biggest annoyance is when your helping a customer with a billing issue, and you have to call the call centre to fix a problem, and the call centre not wanting to ...

When will you be hiring in Vancouver? Everyday working for the competition is torture. They keep making it harder to sell to these customers who are dying for change.

Yeah it's unfortunate it won't be launching in Vancouver till next year. Looks like I might have to get out of wireless altogether as I was hoping WIND will be the answer to my problems. It's a big wait for employment when it's not even for sure. It's too bad we couldn't be offered positions now so we wouldn't have to worry. At least I can say I was able to be "liked" in this industry when your always the bearer of bad news to customers. People don't understand that the people you see face to face in the stores ...

People don't understand the concept of subsidies. They believe they should get a free phone with no contract. It's a tough market to please.
